What is the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.)?

The Harley Owners Group — universally known as H.O.G. — is the official riding club of Harley-Davidson, Inc. Founded in 1983, it has grown to become the world's largest manufacturer-sponsored motorcycle club, with over one million members in more than 1,400 chapters across 140 countries.

H.O.G. Membership Benefits

HOG Magazine — the official publication featuring rides, events, and community stories.

Fly and Ride programme — rent a Harley-Davidson at authorised dealers worldwide. Land in Munich, pick up a bike, and ride the Alps.

Roadside Assistance — emergency breakdown service in the USA and many international markets.

Chapter membership — join a local chapter affiliated with your nearest authorised Harley-Davidson dealer.

H.O.G. Rally access — priority registration and discounts at official H.O.G. rallies worldwide.

How to Join H.O.G.

H.O.G. membership requires ownership of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. You can join:

1. At your dealership — when you purchase a new Harley, most dealers offer complimentary first-year H.O.G. membership

2. Online — visit hog.com to purchase or renew membership directly

3. Through a chapter — some chapters include H.O.G. membership in their joining process

Joining a Local Chapter

H.O.G. international membership is separate from local chapter membership. To ride with your local chapter you need both:

1. International H.O.G. membership (through hog.com or your dealer)

2. Local chapter membership — contact the chapter directly and attend as a guest first

Chapter dues are typically modest — €20-100 per year depending on the country.
